Multiple test and imaging studies or reflections are performed to find out if a patient is suffering from fatigue due to a possible illness.

Physicians may prescribe medications for this, such as antidepressants if you are tired due to mental problems. Some simple methods like adequate snacking, moderate sleep, balanced diet and stress reduction can help control fatigue.
